Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction was created by Jon Kabat-Zinn and the University of Massachusetts, Medical School in the late 1970's, with the intention to combine Eastern and Western medicine to help individuals manage physical and psychological wellbeing. Since then, more than 24,000 individuals have completed the MBSR 8-week course. 

No previous experience necessary. We just ask for your commitment during the 8-weeks. 

COURSE COMPONENTS:

  • 1 Orientation Class, 2 hours (required)

  • 8 Weekly Classes, 2.5 hours

  • 1 All-Day Retreat, 8 hours
